U.S. Returns and Refunds Policy
We offer a 15-day return window from the day you receive your item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept or process returns after this period, nor can we return items shipped back after the 15 days.
Return Requirements:
- Items must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached.
- You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return:
- Email us at info@calmnesscollective.com.
- Include the following details:
- Reason for return
- Full Name, Email used for order, and Order Number (e.g., ABCD-123456).
- Photo of product issue included in the email
Note: Returns must be pre-approved via email; items returned without prior communication will not be processed, and the cost will be at the customer’s expense.
Non-Returnable Situations:
- Incorrect address provided (Contact us immediately to update your address before shipping).
- Incorrect size ordered (Exchanges are not accepted).
- Missed promo code or any altered products.
- Return request over 15 days after receipt.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable, including any PayPal fees. Please include a copy of the original packing slip in your return.
Defective Products
If your item is defective, we may replace it at no extra cost (subject to stock availability). We reserve the right to decline returns at our discretion.
Additional Notes:
- Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processed.
- We are not liable for lost or stolen shipments.
- All sale items, discounted items, and items with promo codes are FINAL SALE.
- Hats, bags, and e-gift cards are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded or returned.
